He is not a product of a system, the system is a product of Darren McFadden.

They couldn't run half of those formations if he wasn't there, and they won't next year. Watching him in person will do justice to any doubters, I promise.

Just a single big star. Jones is salivating about him. But like another poster said, Cowboys will be drafting too low. We have Cleveland's pick too but that isn't going to be even top ten the way they are playing. Love to see NO get him if the Cowboys don't.

FWIW, draft guru Mike Detillier said DMac is best SEC RB since E. Smith, and I believe him.

McFadden is the best RB to come out of college in a long time. Yes, better than Peterson, because of his durability issues. Can he last 16 games a season with 20-25 carries a game? I'll wait and see. Until then, McFadden is not only a great RB, he can return kicks, he can play the fake and pass well, and is as good as a receiver catching the ball. Did I also mention he is as tough a runner as you get, and his stiff arm is probably the best of any RB in college football. It should be interesting since most NFL fans think Dorsey and McFadden are going 1 and 2. They're both as good as advertized, but McFadden has been underrated this season because of his team's play. I also beleive Dorsey's run stopping is very underrated.

He has over 1300 yards rushing with three games left and just tied a single-game rushing record with 321 last week. He can also pass, catch, & block....pretty darn well, I might add.

emmitt isnt in the same company as the other 2 but mcfadden is. based on college level of course.

herschel was clearly the best running back ive ever seen on the college level. bo was next.

mcfadden is about even with bo in my mind. he is simply incredible. I didnt think you could have a 2 play high school offense that would work in the sec. yet mcfadden keeps on doing it. last year LSU knew casey dick couldnt throw, sent the house at run dmc and jones yet they still got 300+ yards rushing. I dont know how that happens.

My worry about dmac is that he has so much mileage on him he's going to be worn like a 3 yr NFL guy as a rookie and wont stay healthy. nutt lines him up everywhere and runs him in the dirt. Cant say i blame him but it is a concern.

I agree... He is going to be one heck on a RB in the NFL.
