I tend to think he's a bit overrated. Yes he has speed and yes he's strong, but beyond that I see nothing more. I have yet to witness a spectacular move of his and I have yet to see a highlight reel in which he isn't just running straight in open field. Lot's of Arky fans claim he's the best to ever grace the college level, even saying he's better than Adrian Peterson, but I think he is way overhyped and his speed will be neutralized in the pros, thus rendering him average at best. JMO
WTF :huh: DF IS a franchise back. He will be a great NFL player, no I don't think he is better than AP but just as good. What more proof do you want? He put's up huge numbers in the NFL minor league called the SEC and you think he's overrated. :insane: Ark would be a bottom dweller like old piss if not for him.
I completely disagree. McFadden is a big time player. He has more than just speed and strength. McFadden has very goood vision as well. He hits the hole very hard. He has a rare combination of speed and freakish strength. Basing what he has shown and what Peterson shown in COLLEGE, Id take McFadden over Peterson. McFadden can be used like LT, with his ability to catch and throw as well. All that aside, the kid is an amazing back. IMO he is the best running back prospect I think Ive seen since Sanders. I may be wrong, but based on what Ive watched Id take him over Peterson or any other back since Sanders.
You can't be serious, right? Did Arkansas recruit a bunch of 5* linemen that I missed? Short of my long-standing mancrush on Peterson, I'd take McFadden over any back out of college in a long, long time.
UNDERRATED! Arky is not as good as they have been and he still piles up yardage when you know he is gonna run the ball.
