  2. No, that’s dumb. Seeing your abs doesn’t make you healthy. Being healthy makes you healthy.
  3. Seeing abs mean you have less belly fat. Belly fat is directly related to a number of commons disease’s.

And it’s a myth that you can have excess fat and be healthy.
  4. Cmon man, can’t I have just a little bit of fat?

  6. Also, when I say see abs, I just mean the general outline. You can see this on most people between a real 18-20% fat. There is no obesity gene, but body type in bone/muscle mass composition from genetics does have a role.

Most of the older generation wasn't as fat as they didn't have as much processed food like we do today and moved more.

We are far more lazy and eating shit today than say 30/40/50 years ago. Its not a question. Heart disease data supports this fairly accurately.

Overall, I would say obesity in America is cultural. JMG could probably back this up from his travels globally. We are just a bunch of fatties here and will pay the price for it in the long run.
  7. what?
  8. Testosterone replacement therapy.
  9. ahh. I don't know anyone who has done that. Only on radio commercials. Maybe I need some of that at 50.
  10. There are plenty of people that can see their abs that are dropping dead from the clot shot.
