Doesn't appear so. Appears he was acting to preserve the life of the intended stabbing target. Knife drawn back to thrust when he fired. Incidentally the same people urging cops to stop it complained he shot her afterwards
It happens fast, he pulls up and they are all just standing there. He gets out of the car and all hell breaks loose. No, she pulled that knife and went after the other chic and bang bang bang
quite the dilemma for the media/social justice warriors.... whose life 'mattered' more? the black girl who was stopped from using the knife or the black girl who was saved from the knife?
Not that it matters these days, but an article I read said that Ohio law states deadly force can be used to prevent serious injury or death to yourself or someone else. The cop was well within the law to shoot her. Ask her intended victim (who I hope is black) how she feels about it.

its amusing how far this has gone. even as a person is literally preparing to plunge a knife into the flesh of another person they are the innocent and sweet victim. maybe the next will be a black person rounding up a group of jews to burn and dousing them in gasoline and have the match on the first one, but not all of them are dead yet so they are still a peaceful hero
