    maybe, maybe not. my guess is no. was a fear mongering thing by people afraid of nuclear disaster.

    i googled it and read a little about it and i think its quite improbable.

    You see there was this asteroid that hit earth and caused the biggest so called nuclear winter in earths history. Guess what we are still here, the earth is forested and abundant with wildlife, the seas and rivers are here abundant with fish and most of the dinosaurs are gone which is good and your precious polar bears are thriving, YES THRIVING!. We might destroy the human race and the inhuman race (DEMOCRATS) but we can't destroy the earth. It will come back as it always does no matter what Al Gore and Pedo Joe tell you. Read something else besides liberal rags.

    True, but the impact wiped out 75% of the plants and animals and it took about 30,000 years for life to bounce back.
