I'll be in Oslo, Norway the day of the LSU-Ole Miss game and was wondering if anyone knew if CBS is typically available at sports bars over there. Oslo is a pretty big city and there are a lot of sports bars around but I have no idea if CBS is even a possibility. I wouldn't expect the NFL to be very big over there, much less college football. If other major European cities can carry CBS, I would expect Oslo to have places that would also.
NASN ( North American Sports Network ) carries CBS broadcasts of SEC football games plus NFL football, NHL hockey, basseball, basketball. It is carried on digital cable packages. It is now owned by ESPN. NASN and Tiger Forums keep me sane during football season living in Europe. To answer your question, yes, you can watch your Tigers againist Ole Miss for instance. This weekend I will watch Auburn-Georgia but remember the time difference. A day game would be watched in the evening here. A night game can start at 2 am.
