Can LSU coaching staff and football players overcome their mistakes?

I am just posing this question because after all the articles I have read this week about LSU being their own worst enemy.

Do you think LSU is smart enough and talented enough to correct their mistakes and problems or do you think that it is too late in the season? I am just a little concerned and would like to hear what other folks think that are more knowledgeable. So I can form some opinion. (if this has already been posted just delete it)

    Thanks

    Excellent breakdown!

I keep hearing media pundits make comments like, "if it hasnt been fixed at this point in the season, it wont be fixed" or "this has become the teams identity". Bull crap! This hasnt been happening all season long, it has gotten worse in the last few games. I dont know if it's emotion or fatigue or what, but it is certainly fixable. I believe Miles when he says it wont happen again.:miles:

    With better preparation, yes.

Absolutely! that is why there is a week of practice between games. It gives the coaching staff time to look at film and whatnot and allows the offending members of the team to work on their concentration skills by doing things like wind sprints. :thumb: Sometimes these tactics don't work, but in my experience dumb mistakes are generally corrected by a little extra work in practice combined with peer pressure. You know if a D lineman jumps offsides a couple times his line mates don't want to run with him. They will have to of course, thats where the peer pressure comes in.;)

Miles is pissed. I don't think this week will be much preparing for LA tech as it will be going back to basics.

Look for basic football in the few upcoming weeks.

The real question is, from here out - who's going to exploit it even if we don't?
