Everyone knows Saban is a heck of a recruiter (being he tells people what they want to hear and young men can be guillible) but who is better at getting there team ready to play and coaching game decisions, Crooms or Saban. Crooms seems to get a lot out of the talent that he has to work with and at times so does Saban. It's a close call, hard to say really who is the better coach.
Croom gets the nod today, but in the SEC it changes weekly. Do you remember the first game of the season...@MSU 45-0?
Croom has just swept the State of Alabama. Very impressive. I'm sure Bear Bryant is smiling on his former player knowing what he has gone through. The West just got stronger. Whew!
