This seems to be the way Obama wants to paint Romney. Romney must be Un-American because he lives the Un-American dream.
Are you mad because Romney is rich? No. I just realize that Romney cannot relate to 95% of the country. He was born rich, lived rich, and will die rich.
So because he is rich he can't relate? Well then because the rest of the 95% are poor I guess they can't relate to GOVT spending problems.
While I'm not upset that Romney is rich, I do find it peculiar that he has made a conscious decision to not release his tax returns. He is facing severe backlash from both parties on this issue, yet he feels that this backlash pales in comparison to the backlash that he'd receive if he releases his taxes. He is hiding something. Point blank. I don't know what.....but I think that we can all agree on that.
Nope, he is what he is, which is a flip flop, he berates other candidates in past elections about releasing tax returns, now he refuses to release more of his, I dont care how much money he has good for him, but follow your own standard at least some of the time.
I still don't get why his tax returns are a big deal. He's rich. He pays less percentage than you. He follows the tax law and takes advantage of it. But he still pays 10000000000x more than you.
not enough info. but i know that he had a huge leg up on the 99.999% with rich parents, prep schools and trust funds. i know that at least some/most of his money comes from investment returns which is not as respectable as work. i know that some/most of his work is less respectable than many others like--leo, nurse and yes even community organizer. i suspect that he has done everything in his power to avoid (if not evade) taxes, and with someone with so much money this smacks of greed and is not very patriotic or presidential. i know that he has a blind trust that is not so blind. so, not mad, just disappointed that half our electorate will vote for someone of this constitution.
