We had about 150 recruits in for this game. What did they realize? There is ample room for early playing time. They have the opportunity to be a part of what happened. They saw a team outmatched talent wise almost pull off an upset against a team that very well may be in the NC game, a team that was ranked #3 coming in. Your win may effect the minds of a few, but won't affect the momentum of this years recruiting class or next years either.
However, it also helped out LSU greatly. LSU had a free recruiting weekend with many recruits we are looking at for this signing class. Many of those recruits saw that they could play for the NC every year with LSU.
With so few spots left, I don't see us really being in a head to head on a lot for this signing class, if any. Both team are down to less than 7...I think you guys have 6 spots left, we are looking at 5-6 as well. We'll see if it makes a difference next Jan.
Terry they will want to play where they can win Bama is not a winner , I see this Bama team losing 2 more games this year
DeAndre Brown Tyler Edwards Chase Clement A few commits of LSU at the game We might offer Chris Tolliver Maybe only 8 spots left for LSU but still big names that will make the difference in our class this year.
You think Saban is gonna affect our recruiting class that much? We win out and we will have this :crystal: for momentum not a 4-6 loss season. Hell you ain't even the best team in your own state.
Hey, TerryP, this is the exact same speech that Tulane's visiting recruits heard right after they watched the LSU/Tulane game! :hihi:
Including Jr's. By my numbers you have 6 left. They didn't show up 'til the second half, did they? :thumb:
