2023 Portal - comings and goings

I thought that a separate portal thread was needed as opposed to inclusion with the recruiting forum. If the mods disagree then it can be eliminated.

 

I know that it is early, but there has not been a rush to the door at LSU. So far we have only 7 players enter the portal and all had only minor playing time this year with little likelihood of increased use next year. A&M now has 16 players in the portal including 4 DL players. Jake Johnson also entered. I wonder if he will follow his brother to North Carolina.

 

2 were added to the 247 portal database listing as I added the thread (Tavion Faulk, and George Hamsley). Frankly, I never heard of either before,

 

Etienne jumping FU ship. We better scoop him up or hes goin to gumpville.

 

I enjoyed watching him. Hope we get him. Very shifty but also not afraid of contact.

Napier rescued him from UL, made him somebody and now he’s leaving Napier??

 

Napier won’t be there long unless he shows significant improvement next year. Fla. finished 5-7 with s 5 game losing streak. Another year like that and gator nation will feed him to real gators.
