Here is my list, at least the ones I can remember:

    Ronnie Milsap
    KIZZ
    David Allen Coe
    Conway Twitty
    U2
    Willie Nelson
    Paul McCartney
    Billy Joel

    The Righteous Brothers
    Kenny Rogers
    Bob Seger
    Tony Bennet
    Paul Simon
    ZZ Top
    Elton John
    Charlie Daniels
    James Taylor

Oh yeah, I went to watch Zachary Richard play at the Crawfish Festival in Breaux Bridge and John Fogerty played with him. They were both at Jazz Fest and Fogerty cam to BB to play with him. I got Fogerty's autograph on an LSU hugger.

Not a concert but worth mentioning.
GLOW - Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling - Centroplex

Growing in Baton Rouge most decent shows got cancelled. For those of you to young to know
Kiss and the Plasmatics - Cancelled due to religious backlash
Ozzy - Same as above - Bark at the Moon tour, had to go to New Orleans to see Ozzy and Dio

(I did not include any warm up bands like Bonham, Mr. Big etc etc, since I skipped most warm up bands as I was in the parking lot drinking Cokes NOT doing anything illegal)
Thats about all I can remember the 80s and early 90s were a haze
