Here goes: Guns N' Roses -- twice Metallica -- twice Tesla Slayer Living Colour Pat Green Alice In Chains KT Tunstall Mastodon Kenny Rogers Van Halen Alabama Megadeth Soundgarden Pearl Jam Boogie Down Productions 3 Doors Down -- remarkably bad Disturbed A couple of Lollapaloozas, including Pearl Jam, Ministry, Ice Cube, George Clinton, etc. Next concert -- Killswitch Engage in about a month
Queensryche - About 20 times Cowboy Mouth - Many Many times Rush Pink Floyd Black Sabbath (Dio Version) Dio Pearl Jam (4 times) Lillian Axe (For you old school Louisiana metal heads) Aldo Nova Ted Nugent Billy Joel and Elton John tour Tenacious D Blue Oyster Cult The Rolling Stones (Not good. It was the later years, Steel Wheels tour, lots of $$$ to watch geriatric rock) Nirvana Phish (there is nothing worse then modern day hippies and jam bands) Stevie Nicks Fleetwood Mac ZZ Top Lynard Skynard Deep Purple Alice in Chains (One of my favorite Bands) Ozzy (Several times) Tesla (Modern Day Cowboy one of the greatest songs of metal) Prince (New Orleans Super Dome Purple Rain) Rage against the Machine The Eagles LL Cool J (Centroplex 1986 I need love tour) Metallica Korn Gordon Lightfoot Marylin Manson (Freak show but for some reason entertaining) The Who (later years sans Keith Moon) Barry Manilo U2 (Centroplex Thanksgiving day, best concert ever, twice in Dallas) AC/DC Journey Gwar Ratt Quiet Riot and Saga at the Centroplex Metal Health Tour The Police (I doubt any of you remember but they played the Fair Grounds on Airline many moons ago) I think they are softball fields now. GLOW - Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling - Centroplex Growing in Baton Rouge most decent shows got cancelled. For those of you to young to know Kiss and the Plasmatics - Cancelled due to religious backlash Ozzy - Same as above - Bark at the Moon tour, had to go to New Orleans to see Ozzy and Dio (I did not include any warm up bands like Bonham, Mr. Big etc etc, since I skipped most warm up bands as I was in the parking lot drinking Cokes NOT doing anything illegal) Thats about all I can remember the 80s and early 90s were a haze
