    Pot head? Dude had 3 grams! Cowherd on ESPN Radio said California law defines possession as 40 grams or more. He's not trying very hard.

    3 grams of some really good dank could last a casual smoker 2 to 3 weeks. 40 grams is what they consider possession with intent, which is a felony. Dude just wanted to get high, not sell it, he obviously makes enough money to not have to be a dealer. I mean come on he is from Washington they have really good pot up there, plus he has long hippie hair.
