Hey guys. New to the board. I would contest that if the polls came out this passed Monday instead of at the beginning of the year, we wold be number one anyway and that the polls would look almost the same as they do now with one exception. I think that Cal is better than USC. USC has to wait 4 more weeks, when they play Oregon, just to get a chance to play their second team of the year with a winning record. If you are going to be a top 5 team in the country you should have to play more than 1 team out of your first seven who has a winning record.
