Players of note: Parsons rated as our 4th best recruit of the class. Jefferson only behind Baker and Johnson. Prater, Duplessis and Molton also rated very high.

Emginger breaks his recruits down to 3 categories. The first appears to be his top 250 list, of which he rated LSU having 14 of its 26 recruits in this list (plus Benton, so 15 highly touted recruits). Eight more fell into the next classification, and four (St. Julien, Taylor, Hagans, Hurst) fell into the last tier (although barely, this is probably close to being what Rivals would consider 3 star players).

 

I think Baker and/or Theriot will see significant PT at the LB position.

Benton should be on the field as well and may emerge as our 3rd or 4th WR option by season's end.

I think the rest will be redshirted.

 

Wouldn't be surprised if we see PJ returning punts this year.
