    Newspaper article

    website

This site looks like a place that would suit my tendency to tell the waiter to surprise me. They buy stained, mislabeled, etc wines and sell them at a discount. You tell them what type wines you like and they send you wines within your price point. I ordered a 3 month trial membership of their David's Proclivity selection. Looks like good value for nice, everyday type wines.

Yep, I don't know that the deals would be as good for him. I have no idea what a typical wine markup is and I figure it's his business to keep that info to himself. That said, I did see several wines that I have enjoyed and their prices were a good bit better than what I have paid. Besides, I kinda like the idea of different wines coming automatically. Seems like it will be a good way to try different ones that I otherwise would have missed.

Agreed, but he hasn't been exactly shy about sharing the "better" deals with many of us so I figured he could give us an opinion on what he thinks! But I am with you, I LOVE the idea! I love my wine and love even more trying new ones! :D

We just tells you when you are being taken advantage of, but it is a good wine drinking buddy to have. Also has all the new "up and comings" so you sound great at parties!

A great idea and you will get some good deals, but you probably don't want to hear what they buy those bottles for.:D
