Charles Scott showed great patience & vision, and ran with power. He's our #1 back this year.

Keiland showed that he's still suffering from the same issues he's had in the past - an inability to run up the middle & going down too easily.

I would've like to have seen more Richard Murphy after the Spring he had.

Ridley looked good as well. He hits the hole hard.

Les sent a statement today that Scott will be the feature back. Possibly take 70 percent of the carries this season (out of the 3 backs combined).

It's a shame Murphy didn't get more carries!

Ridley and Johnson looked ok, and we're set with Scott.

16 carries for 160 yards, 10 ypc is badass

Ridley looked like he was running straight into the line. Not much vision but he'll learn. Scott definitely looked more agile and shifty out there which was a great improvement. The dude definitely can find the hole and get through it. The TD run on 4th down was crazy, he just popped out

I think Les' statement today was we're not going to tip our (offensive scheme) hand before SEC play begins and stress the fundamentals. I bet we're going to see A LOT os Murphy and Williams this year. Probably not as much Charles Scott, but I don't think that Scott gets as many carries as Hester did last year.

I hope KW wakes up. But the difference b/n Scott and KW was stark, and not in KW's favor.

Not sure why you think this.

I think that Williams and Murphy will get a larger percentage of the carries this year than they did last year.
