Smooth peanut butter and grape jelly on whole wheat toast. Pure and simple. Sometimes I use apple butter instead of grape jelly.
i like to bake banana loaf. i'll take a slice and spread peanut butter and strawberry (or grape) jelly and eat it both open faced and with another slice of loaf on top. can also added banana slices in as well. very sweet and very good. almost like a dessert.
