especially if i'm cooking creole, i like to listen to Chris Ardoin & Double Clutchin'. it really creates a relaxing mood especially if you're peeling shrimp and smelling that stock reducing. anybody else like to listen to music when they cook and if so, what type?
I turn on the 80's hits music station on my satellite. I don't like to watch TV while I cook, but I love to listen to music. Of course, with a three-year-old in the house, I usually have to listen now to her DVD's of "Sleeping Beauty" or "Snow White" or, the worst, "The Wiggles."
