    I like gimmicky offenses if they can work. This may be ok for highschool ball, but you couldn't make this your feature offense in D-1.

    Might be fun to see D1 team line up that way on rare occasions... like the WEIRD formation LSU used in the championship game that confused the poop outa the buckeyes.

    Line up weird, quick snap and easy score on a confused D. Sounds like fun to me! :eek:ldskule:

    I see no way, within the NCAA rules, that interior linemen can be eligible for a pass.

    Agree. But I watched a video of a high school team running it at the link below and didn't see them going out for any passes. I wasn't really that impressed watching it. Maybe a team with a higher skill level could execute it better?

    The refs would toss a flag just because they were confused.

    It's a contact flag football offense with two blocking backs and one dixie back.

    I can see where you'd want two quarterbacks in this offense. The QB's would get killed in the SEC.

    I don't see how it would prepare a prospect for playing in college. What effect would it have on his developing his position skills?
