    2003 Nebraska
    14.5 ppg (2nd nationally)

    2004 Oklahoma
    16.8 (12th nationally)
*13.7 before the NC game (4th nationally)

    2005 LSU
    14.2 (3rd nationally)

    2006 LSU
    12.6 (4th nationally)

    2007 LSU
    19.9 (17th nationally)
    *16.6 in regulation (5th nationally)

This was without a doubt the best defensive coordinator in the country over this 5 year span.

I see no reason he hasn’t adapted as some have suggested.

His biggest problem at Nebraska was the upper management......

He is also a fucking hot head, no more than Saban though. Saban constantly flips out on the sideline and gets all the passes in the world.

    #BOandO

Maybe they can have a competition on who can hit themselves harder in the face.

The more I think about it, it is a good hire.

We have shown you don’t need the #1 D to win a title.

If anything, we have never had Dlines like we had since he left us.

he’ll be solid as a hire

recruiting may be a concern. I’d rather charlie strong but wouldn’t lose sleep over it

yeah, this sums up how I feel about it. He was really good for us, esp. in the early years. Like Aranda, I started getting suspect about his D towards the end, but the evidence Islstl and Nutria offer suggests he'll be a great choice.

    Time to revisit this.

Dominant LSU defenses will be returning.
