The little-known, 29-year-old former walk-on from William & Mary had impressed Ensminger with his knowledge of the run-pass option during a visit the previous offseason, and he was hired to be the team's passing-game coordinator within a week of his interview.

    So. I also know that Brady was hired to install the Saints style offense. Why is that so special? So O and E wanted help and Brady delivered. Installing an offense is different than putting in a gameplan and calling plays. Yes Brady is an asset but to think Brady is designing all the gameplans and calling all the plays is not true. Gameplans are put in during coaches meetings to do just that. Every offensive coach gets involved plus the HC.

    Your Obstinate just to be obstinate...noone on here has not given credit to o and e. In fact just the opposite, but the brains behind the offense is brady.
