No he was prosecuted because he admitted that he knew that taking the pics was illegal. He knowingly broke the law. He also obstructed justice by lying to investigators. Clinton never lied to investigators and the FBI deemed that she did not knowingly expose classified information. You can say that the FBI didn't investigate her properly but you are about to read in the IG report that the FBI actually went too far with their investigation of Clinton, which blows a major hole in the whole Deep State conspiracy theory that Trump and his minions have maintained.

Of course she did but that was not illegal. In 2014, after she left office, the law was amended to say that if someone was using a private e-mail address/server then those records must be turned over after 20 days, but that wouldn't have applied to her because she was already out of office. You also fail to recall that both of the previous SOS's had used private emails, Powell and Rice.

See what you fail to take into account is it wasn't just the democrats that didn't want Trump to win, it was the entire DC footprint.
