Last post of the day it's my birthday weekend and my wife has made me a cake so have to go.

Do any of you guys really think we would be where we are if we didn't have a good head coach, a good defensive coordinator and lastly a good offensive coordinator? Did anyone really believe we would be undefeated right now and at # 5? I include me in thinking we wouldn't be here. Ponder that.

Duke and VaTech could give Miami trouble.

Our offense last night looked the best it has all year. But agreed it was against the SEC’s worst defense that’s made a lot of offenses look good.

But I also agree that our offense has looked more and more polished each week regardless of the opponent. I think a lot of that is due to Burrow having more time in E’s system and E opening up the playbook more and more as we progress. So kudos to Coach Ensminger for that.

Lastly, Ensminger is no where near the offensive mastermind that Lincoln Riley is. Not even close! NFL teams were meeting with Lincoln over the summer and are incorporating some of his plays into their offense. Riley is a damn stud.

    Happy birthday.

I thought honestly we'd be 4-1 right now losing to either Miami or Auburn but not both. We were 1 point away from that being true, but i'm not going to knock our win at Auburn, it was hard fought and well won, i'll gladly take 5-0... the meat of our schedule is coming up with Florida, UGA, MSU, and Bama in the next 5 weeks. How well do we fair? I think LSU can go undefeated headed into Bama week. Still not sold on E as the best OC for LSU, only time will tell.

Quite possible. My point was that Miami isn't really good, just benefiting from a weak ass schedule. Their end of season slide last year just continued into this season whenever they play a team with a heartbeat on defense. Just busting his chops about it since he keeps using the Miami win to cement his point about E.

Yeh I've seen it. I won't take anything from this LSU team. They're young, a lot of new faces and variables, they have fought hard, stared adversity down, and won.

The Miami win keeps being tossed around as a "Look what E did to Miami" like that win proves he's special. Honestly I think Miami sucks, and their strength of schedule is a joke. I'm not sure the Miami defense could hold in check the Ole Miss QB, or Techs for that matter.
