Doctor checked my cholesterol level a couple of months ago and they are good.
I'm not gling to get the oilless fryer. Food probably doesn't taste as good as the old fashioned way

Probably tastes like those air popped popcorn makers. Shit tasted like styrofoam.

I've been using a crock pot for spaghetti sauce, roast beef and pork and other stuff.
Just finished some red beans in it. Thing is sometimes I want to cook stuff faster but I still want it to taste as good.

I never used the pressure cooker much but I've been watching some episodes of Beat Bobby Flay where Bobby and the challenger only have 45 minutes to cook a dish. They use a pc pretty often. Not just for cheap cuts of meat but for high quality meat too.

The only popcorn I have eaten in the last few years is the microwave stuff. Not bad if you put melted butter on it.

It tastes better in the insta bc you don't cook all the flavor out of it. Red beans taste like popeyes in it.

I thought only popcorn from the nuke was the only way at home till my girl started making the air pop stuff. Hit it with this sea salted butter and a little himalayan pink salt and that shit is the kind. I'll never go back to packaged popcorn again

Jambalaya with chicken and hot sausage.

Jambalaya was created in New Orleans in the 17th century by Spanish settlers trying to make their native paella with local ingredients.

The Insapot I wanted from Amazon was out of stock so I bought a Power Quick pot at Sam's. When I opened the box there was some other brand in it called Chefman. It was a lot smaller and had hardly any features. Took it back and made sure I open the box and Bobby another Power Quick.

Got home and opened the box and there is a big crack in the plastic lid cover. It would probably work but going to bring it back and see if they have one with nothing wrong with it. MFs should compensate me for all the gas I'm having to burn.

I chose this brand mostly because it has a sous vide setting and that's something I have been wanting to try.
