We cancelled our Dish account. I told the guy we were buying YouTube tv. Apparently they have a script for that. Dude went on and on for about 5 minutes about net neutrality. I finally had to stop him. So far the only way xfinity has fucked us, is we’ve gone over our 1TB of data. I didn’t think that was possible, but there are 3 of us that use the WiFi.

That sucks. I get unlimited data in DFW for $70. No cable. Netflix and chill.

For enough speed for us all to stream, it’s $100. And now they want another $50 for unlimited. So, I can get unlimited for $150. With internet and satellite I was paying $235. Now I’ll be paying $190 for Internet and internet tv

I have Charter, cable Tv and unlimited internet,.. I thought that kinda insulated me,.. but my brother in-law said they might possibly throttle my access to Sling Tv. 123, any idea what he's talking about?

Throttle means restrict bandwidth to certain apps/sites.

Unproven at this point. I have sling. I can tell you, depending on the platform you run it on, it has different quality. I have a Roku and sling runs fast on that. Sling sucks ass on my XBOX.

For me it is. I would think some ISPs do that.

I know for a fact some ISPs throttle everything you do once you hit a certain amount of data usage. They have done this for years tho.
