When the big money guys are pissed heads will roll. It was either Herman or a sacrificial lamb.

OMG, OMG LSU will fall apart and become a pesky opponent for even Vandy should Joe Brady leave us!

Are we 3 years in now? I’d be disappointed if he were at LSU, but I think he’d have started at a higher level at LSU. Maybe LSU is a better program for the reasons Shane mentioned. We’re poor enough where our coach has adequate autonomy.

E HAS to get pushed out the door immediately and Brady installed as OC making 2.5 million per.

I don't see Brady leaving unless he's offered the UT OC position. And I think the odds are slim that's going to happen. I think he could use another year or two working under E. Particularly with a new QB & WR's.

He isn't leaving even if he is offered the OC job. Why would he?

Exactly. Hermann doesn't have job stability, O does. Brady could go there for a year and Hermann is fired. Or, he could sigb=n a VERY lucrative contract making 15 times what he was making just a year ago, be the OC in waiting at a known well-established, and rising program. Duuhhhhhh!!!!!!!

It would be a promotion? How much of a salary increase it might be only he & his agent would know. As I wrote earlier, I don't think he's going anywhere unless the salary difference is huge.
